This is a pivotal role where you will contribute to the modernization, sustainment, and development of mission-critical Air Force Human Resource systems. Responsibilities:</strong></span></p> </div> <ul> <li><span style="font-family:'times new roman', times, serif;font-size:12pt;">Lead the design, execution, and maintenance of complex test processes, ensuring system functionality and reliability align with client specifications.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:'times new roman', times, serif;font-size:12pt;">Develop and execute automated and manual test cases to validate software components, modules, and subsystems.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:'times new roman', times, serif;font-size:12pt;">Analyze test results to identify defects and propose solutions to enhance system performance.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:'times new roman', times, serif;font-size:12pt;">Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to implement Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:'times new roman', times, serif;font-size:12pt;">Provide mentoring and guidance to junior QA serif;font-size:12pt;">Proficiency with test automation tools (e.g., ALM Octane, Selenium, LoadRunner, Postman).</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:'times new roman', times, serif;font-size:12pt;">Strong understanding of Agile software development methodologies and tools (e.g., Atlassian Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, etc.)</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:'times new
