This on-site role combines hands-on quality control testing, scientific analyses, and process optimization with support for continuous improvement initiatives, risk mitigation, and operational efficiency. Reporting to the Associate Director, the specialist helps implement quality and CI strategies across multiple operational areas, supports root cause investigations, drives process improvements, and ensures compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
