This role helps manage due diligence, planning, permitting, and documentation while tracking project milestones, budgets, and consultant activities. Acting as a central point of coordination, the position supports communication with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders, ensuring projects stay organized and on schedule. The ideal candidate brings relevant experience in real estate development, construction, or property management, along with strong organizational, project management, and communication skills to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.</p> <p><br></p> <p><span style="font-weight: bold">Essential duties and responsibilities</span></p> <ul> <li><span><span style="font-weight: bold">Project Coordination:</span> Support the CDO with administrating the development process, that will include due diligence, site planning, and securing permits and entitlements.</span></li> <li><span><span style="font-weight: bold">Documentation & Research:</span> Coordinate with the team the necessary feasibility studies, financial pro-formas, underwriting binders, and grant applications.</span></li> <li><span><span style="font-weight: bold">Team Support & Management:</span> Support the CDO tracking the work of architects, engineers, and consultants; scheduling meetings and track project milestones for the CDO to report on</span></li> <li><span><span style="font-weight: bold">Administrative Oversight:</span> Assist the Site Development Director and Project Mangers with their review of invoices, tracking of  project costs against budgets, and managing RFP responses.</span></li> <li><span><span style="font-weight: bold">Stakeholder Liaison:</span> Coordinate and assist CDO with his activities as a primary contact for with contractors, community groups, and local government officials.</span></li> <li><span><span style="font-weight: bold">Site Support:</span> Arrange site visits for inspections and lease-up activities with CDO</span></li> </ul> <p><br></p> <p><span style="font-weight: bold">Minimum requirements</span></p> <ul> <li><span>3-6+ years working in either real estate development, property  management, or construction companies</span></li> <li><span>Understanding of Development activities and procedures.</span></li> <li><span>Bachelor’s degree</span></li> <li><span>Experience in project management</span></li> </ul> <p><br></p> <p><span style="font-weight: bold">Skills/Abilities</span></p> <ul> <li><span>Ability to develop strong business relationships across functions.</span></li> <li><span>Ability to embrace change and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects in a deadline driven environment.</span></li> <li><span>Strong team mindset, both within the department and cross-functionally.</span></li> <li><span>Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.</span></li> <li><span>Organizational skills </span></li> <li><span>Proficiency in IT systems and project management software</span></li> <li><span>Exceptional attention to detail is critical for this role.</span></li> <li><span>Discretion with confidential information</span></li> </ul> <p><br><br></p> <p><span style="font-weight: bold">About Ionic Digital</span><br>Ionic Digital is a leader in powered land development and digital infrastructure, purpose-built to<br>accelerate the next generation of high-performance computing (HPC).
