Make an impact as a Real Estate Services Intern Real Estate Services plays a vital role in shaping the employee experience by creating environments that foster collaboration, well-being, flexibility, and a strong organizational culture. Our team leverages cutting-edge design, technology, utilization strategies, and sustainability practices to deliver spaces that enable Mastercard employees to do their best work. As a Real Estate Services Intern, you will support day-to-day facilities operations, assist with project management activities, and help oversee onsite café services to enhance workplace experience, operational efficiency, and vendor performance. This role offers exposure to real estate operations, vendor management, and project execution in a dynamic corporate environment. The intern will support daily facilities operations by monitoring work orders and conducting site walks, while assisting with project management activities such as preparing weekly project update communications. The intern will also support café operations by ensuring compliance with governance standards and develop a vendor onboarding guide to streamline onboarding efficiency.
