I**STA Personnel Solutions** **South Africa -** we are a global BPO company, partnering with a US-based client in the Healthcare Sector, who is urgently seeking a **Recruiter.** The **Recruiter** will assist the recruitment team and play a crucial role in the recruitment process by efficiently reviewing resumes to identify qualified Nursing candidates. The primary responsibility will be to assess candidates' qualifications and experience against the requirements, ensuring that only the most suitable resumes progress through the hiring process. By effectively screening resumes, this will contribute to enhancing the efficiency and success of our clients' recruitment efforts. Around 300 CV's will need to be screened per week, telephone interviews conducted and book interviews with potential candidates. **PLEASE NOTE:** * **Salary:** A negotiable fixed salary, however, this is NOT a commission paying role. * **Working Hours:** *This role requires you to work US hours Mon - Fri from 9am to 6pm EST (16h00pm to 01h00am South African time. These working hours are subject to change depending on daylight savings)* * **Work Environment:** *This is a remote role for South African Citizens only.* * **Internet (fibre):** *Candidates must possess a fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps for both upload and download, capable of supporting a wired Ethernet connection* * **Power backup:** *Candidates must have a power backup solution to manage loadshedding or power outages.*
