This is a fully remote position scheduled Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time.</span></p> <p style="line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">The Referral Care Coordinator facilitates timely, high-quality care for injured workers by coordinating Paradigm Specialty Network referrals. This role serves as a key liaison between injured workers, clients, and providers—managing appointment follow-up, obtaining medical documentation, and providing clear status updates to support service level expectations. The ideal candidate delivers excellent customer service, communicates confidently by phone and email, and demonstrates strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and follow-through.</span></p> <p style="line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">Responsibilities:</span></p> <ul> <li style="line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">Provide exceptional customer service communicating via phone and email communications with clients, providers, and injured workers.</span></li> <li style="line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">Work closely with the providers to obtain information related to the injured workers care, i.e., attendance, future appointments, medical notes from visits or operative report from surgery.</span></li> <li style="line-height: 115%;
