The Regional Controller will oversee financial operations, manage reporting and compliance, develop budgets, and monitor financial performance across regional offices. Key responsibilities include preparing financial statements, ensuring regulatory compliance, implementing internal controls, analyzing financial data, and providing actionable recommendations to support business strategy and decision-making. This role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and the ability to lead and manage a team of accounting professionals.</p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Strong financial management and budgeting skills, including proficiency in financial reporting and forecasting.</li><li>Experience in regulatory compliance, internal control implementation, and auditing processes.</li><li>Proficiency with accounting software and tools, as well as advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.</li><li>Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to deliver actionable financial insights and recommendations.</li><li>Exceptional leadership, team management, and communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA designation strongly preferred.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in financial management, preferably in a regional or multi-entity environment.</li><li>Experience in the professional services industry is a plus.</li></ul>
