Regional Human Resources Manager- Remote to Texas/ Illinois

<strong>This HR Manager Position will be a primarily remote position. Locations of interest for home base would be Texas or Illinois. This position requires approximately 25-30% Travel. </strong> <br>   <br> The Manager, Regional Human Resources works closely and consultatively with Human Resources and Store Operations leaders in the following areas: (a) labor relations (b) employee relations; (c) employee development; (d) statutory and policy compliance; (e) investigations and related activities. <br>   <br> <br><p>RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES<br></p><ul><br><li>Assist field management in resolving varied and potentially complex employee relations matters<br></li><li>Conduct timely, accurate investigations as needed<br></li><li>Audit the execution of company human resource management policies and directives, and compliance with federal, state and local employment and wage and hour statutes.<br></li><li>Assist with the tracking and measurement of key field talent management and retention initiatives.<br></li><li>Consult with line leaders on all performance assessment, performance improvement, and general talent development initiatives.
