And we’re giving patients the power to take control of their life and get back to enjoying the things they love.</p></div><p> </p> <p>Position Overview</p> <p>The Regional Lead, Clinical Excellence will lead the clinical excellence managers in their region through account management and customer success. The Regional Lead, Clinical Excellence will be responsible for fostering relationships with the clinical excellence team, partnering with customers to ensure the highest standards of patient care, working closely and collaboratively with the sales team to drive the long-range plan, developing and implementing processes and structure to proactively drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. Additionally, this role will collaborate with other departments to support the company's strategic objectives.</p> <p>Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities</p> <p>· Lead the clinical excellence managers for their region</p> <p>· Collaborate with the capital sales team to expand partial footprints</p> <p>· Ensure the clinical excellence team is executing routine and quality customer business reviews</p> <p>· Expects and demonstrates professionalism in all customer interactions</p> <p>· Provides in person and/or virtual support to both customers, partners, and Outset team members</p> <p>· Engage and assist in business planning, clinical, operational, and financial action planning</p> <p>· Partner with key Outset stakeholders to advance the organization to meet strategic priorities</p> objectives.</p> <p>· Track and communicate team priorities, metrics, and successes.</p> <p> </p> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <p>· Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field.</p> <p>· Registered Nurse (RN)</p> <p>· Masters of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Masters of Business Administration (MBA)</p> <p>· 2+ years of nursing leadership experience in a healthcare or medical device setting.</p> <p>· Proficiency in compliance regulations and standards.</p> <p>· Strong communication and leadership skills.</p> <p>· Experience in developing a business plan and ROI</p> <p>· Deep understanding of the health system accreditation process.</p> <p>· Strong process and quality improvement background</p> <p>· Competent is translating data and analytics into action plans</p> <p>·
