Related Affordable has an exciting career growth opportunity for an Affordable Housing Regulatory Compliance Specialist within our dynamic team. This remote position must be located in Texas, reporting to the Director of Compliance. The ideal candidate is a detail oriented individual accustomed to working on a deadline driven schedule. You will be responsible for ensuring Related Affordable is operating in compliance with all affordable housing program guidelines (LIHTC, PBS8, PBV, RAD, etc.), regulatory agreements, and company policies and procedures. This person must have the ability to function autonomously while also working in conjunction with coworkers located in other areas of the country.
