Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate complex virtual and occasional in-person arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents using Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
  • Organize and maintain digital filing systems, ensuring information is easily accessible and secure for remote access.
  • Facilitate virtual meetings, including setting up conference calls, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing materials.
  • Process expense reports, invoices, and other financial documentation in compliance with company policies.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, directing them to the appropriate remote team members.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned, conducting research and compiling data when necessary.
  • Coordinate logistics for remote team events, workshops, and training sessions.
  • Monitor and respond to emails, ensuring timely and professional communication across time zones.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and exercise discretion in all communications and tasks.

Required Skills

  • High School Diploma or GED
