About Us:

We are growing our team of Care Coaches and are looking for Certified Medical Assistants who are fluent in Hindi and passionate about delivering high-quality care from home.

Job Summary:

As a Remote Certified Medical Assistant, you will support chronically ill patients through monthly phone calls, helping them manage their conditions effectively. You will work with electronic medical records and remote monitoring data (blood pressure, weight, etc.) while coordinating closely with clinical teams to ensure continuity of care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct monthly patient engagement calls (Hindi required)
  • Accurately document all care coordination time (target: 90% efficiency)
  • Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in Healthmote and EHR systems
  • Collaborate with Nurse Managers on patient engagement strategies
  • Identify and escalate any health concerns in real time
  • Encourage consistent use of remote monitoring devices
  • Build strong, ongoing patient relationships through communication and coaching
  • Use motivational techniques to improve patient self-management
  • Ensure patient confidentiality and compliance at all times
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Certified Medical Assistant (Required)
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology and vital signs
  • Comfortable using computers, EMRs, and documentation tools
  • Excellent communication and patient engagement skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Experience:

  • Chronic Care Management (CCM)
  • Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM)
  • Transitional Care Management (TCM)
  • Experience working with diverse or multilingual populations

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Medical Assistant
  • High school diploma or GED (preferred)
  • Prior experience in a clinical or healthcare setting strongly preferred

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time (40 hours/week)
  • Monday to Friday, typically 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST
