Position Overview
We're seeking a talented and motivated Remote Customer Service Representative to join our Pet Pharmacy & Wellness team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for pet parents seeking assistance with prescriptions, wellness questions, product inquiries, and so much more. Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience across multiple communication channels. Your daily duties will include:
Direct Customer Engagement:
Respond to inbound calls, emails, and chat messages from pet parents who contact arenaflex for pharmacy services, product information, order support, and wellness guidance. Each interaction is an opportunity to build trust and demonstrate our commitment to exceptional service.
Problem Resolution:
Research and analyze customer inquiries to identify appropriate solutions. This includes troubleshooting issues related to prescriptions, orders, shipping, product compatibility, and account management. You'll work diligently to resolve concerns while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards.
Pharmacy Support:
Assist customers with prescription transfers, refill requests, medication questions, and dosage information. You'll collaborate with our pharmacy team to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of pet medication needs.
Going Above and Beyond:
