Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your primary duties will include:
Information Management and Intake:
Maintain effective systems to support the timely release of accurate information to diverse clients across the healthcare continuum. Your attention to detail ensures that critical patient data reaches the right people at the right time.
Correspondence Processing:
Handle all program-specific correspondence, including mail and inbound faxed documents, with precision and efficiency. You'll serve as the first point of contact for many incoming requests, setting the tone for excellent client service.
Database Management and Triage:
