Role Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Logistics Coordinator to manage and streamline our local delivery and shipping operations. This role is critical in ensuring smooth communication between drivers, carriers, and clients while maintaining exceptional service standards. Key Responsibilities - Coordinate and schedule local deliveries and shipping logistics. - Communicate with drivers, shipping carriers, and clients to ensure timely order fulfillment. - Track and provide real-time updates on delivery and shipment status. - Handle incoming calls and inquiries regarding order status, delivery timelines, and concerns. - Proactively resolve logistical issues and customer concerns. - Maintain accurate records of shipments, schedules, and communications. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure operational efficiency. Required Skills & Qualifications - Proven experience in logistics coordination, dispatch, or shipping operations (preferred). - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Customer service–oriented mindset with problem-solving capabilities. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment. - Comfortable handling inbound calls and client communications.
