We’re seeking a creative and results-driven Remote Social Media Manager to join our team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing, executing, and managing social media strategies that drive engagement, brand awareness, and growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Develop engaging content for various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), including graphics, videos, captions, and stories
  • Account Management: Oversee multiple social media accounts, ensuring timely posting, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments/messages
  • Strategy Development: Create social media strategies that align with business goals, focusing on audience growth, brand awareness, and engagement
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed
  • Community Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with followers, influencers, and brands to grow the community and increase brand loyalty
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay on top of social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep content fresh and relevant

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Proven experience as a social media manager or in a similar digital marketing role
  • Expertise in content creation for various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices
  • Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.)
  • Ability to create compelling and on-brand content (both written and visual)
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with online communities
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts and campaigns
  • A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
  • Knowledge of paid social advertising is a plus (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
