Job Summary:

Progressive Technology is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Remote Spreadsheet & Database Entry Coordinator to join our growing remote team. This position plays a crucial role in managing, updating, and organizing data using spreadsheets and database systems to support our business operations and decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will be proficient in data entry, comfortable working independently, and able to meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input, update, and maintain information in spreadsheets and database systems.

  • Organize, sort, and verify the integrity of data before entering it into systems.

  • Create and manage reports, pivot tables, and charts using Excel or Google Sheets.

  • Assist in the migration of data between systems and maintain data consistency.

  • Audit existing data for completeness and correct discrepancies as necessary.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all data is relevant, current, and accessible.

  • Maintain data confidentiality and follow all data security protocols.

  • Suggest improvements to existing processes for better efficiency and accuracy.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associates or bachelors degree is a plus.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and cloud-based databases.
