<p>This is a remote position.</p> Position Title: Residential Estimator & Contract Administrator (WA Specialist)<br>Work Set-up: Work From Home or Office<br>Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm PH Time<br>Salary: Php 45,000 – Php 70,000<br><br>About the Role<br><br>We are seeking a versatile Estimator to support our client in Western Australia. This role goes beyond simple take-offs; you will be a key player in the project lifecycle, handling both double brick estimations and contract administration for our Western Australian residential projects.<br><br>JOB DESCRIPTION FOR RESIDENTIAL ESTIMATOR & CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR (WA SPECIALIST)<br><br>Responsibilities as a Residential Estimator & Contract Administrator (WA Specialist):<br><br>• Precision Estimation: Prepare material and labor estimates for single and multi-residential double brick developments using Beams Estimating software.<br>• Contract Administration: Prepare, review, and issue HIA/Master Builders residential contracts and addenda for Western Australian clients.<br>• Software Management: Maintain the Beams database, ensuring price files, supplier rates, and cost centers are updated and accurate.<br>• Variation Processing: Manage "post-contract" variations, ensuring all changes are costed, documented, and approved before construction begins.<br>• Supplier Liaison: Request and compare quotes from WA-based subcontractors; issue Purchase Orders (POs) and Work Orders through the Beams system.<br>• General Business Support: Assist the AU project team with workflow scheduling, permit tracking, and maintaining accurate project folders in the company CRM.<br>• Standard Operating Procedures: Help produce and improve SOP’s across the business to help streamline and improve processes.<br><br>Qualifications as a Residential Estimator & Contract Administrator (WA Specialist):<br><br>• Experience: 2–5 years of experience in Western Australian Residential Estimating, with a strong preference for candidates who have also handled AU Contract Administration.<br>• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of WA build standards, specifically double brick construction, plate heights, and cavity requirements.<br>• Software Proficiency: Experience with Beams Software (Estimating, CAD Takeoff, and Scheduling modules) is preferred and would be an advantage.<br>• Education: Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.<br>• Communication: Professional English proficiency (written and verbal) for interacting with AU-based site supervisors and suppliers.<br><br><br>Your love for Boomering will jump-start with these meaningful engagement activities and perks.
