Retail Assistant Store Manager<br>Location: RU3, Bouverie Place Shopping Centre, Folkestone, United Kingdom, CT20 1AU<br>Salary: Excellent basic salary plus an on-target bonus of 15%, paid out monthly based on your store's performance<br>Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours across 5 days per week, including weekends on a rotation basis<br>Job Description<br>As a Retail Assistant Store Manager at Three UK, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Store Manager with retail operations and ensuring the success of your store. You will be instrumental in driving store performance as well as being a role model for the team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.<br>Team Management Support: Coach and develop your team, in the absence of the Store Manager, equipping them with the skills and knowledge to achieve outstanding performance and exceed sales targets.<br>Store Operations Support: Oversee daily operational tasks to ensure the store runs seamlessly, maintaining high efficiency and effectiveness standards.<br>Customer Engagement: Deliver outstanding customer service to our customers and set a high standard by leading through example.<br>Service Excellence: Create exceptional experiences through tailoring and promoting our innovative products and services.<br>Performance Enhancement: Achieve personal and store Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by driving sales and meeting performance goals.<br>Solution Efficiency: Provide personalised solutions for customers with general mobile or network‑related enquiries, ensuring a resolution is given promptly.<br>Qualifications<br>It all starts with you.
