You're energized by cross-functional collaboration and have a passion for optimizing the systems and workflows that power revenue growth.</p> <p>This role is based in our Canada office and supports a global organization, requiring collaboration across teams in North America.</p> <p><strong>What You'll Do and How You'll Have an Impact</strong></p> <ul> <li>Serve as a power user and key finance stakeholder for CRM systems (Hubspots or SFDC)  and revenue operations workflows, including configuration, automation, data governance, and ERP integrations (e.g., NetSuite);</li> <li>Design, document, and continuously improve revenue operations processes and standards to support a scalable, global revenue function;</li> <li>Drive cross-functional alignment by partnering with Sales Operations, Legal, Finance, and Product on quote-to-cash workflows, bookings accuracy, and pricing updates;</li> <li>Identify operational risks, develop performance measurement frameworks, and build models to evaluate workflow effectiveness;</li> <li>Analyze data and deliver reporting that enhances visibility into operational performance and key revenue drivers;</li> <li>Standardize dashboards, reporting, and tracking to support leadership decision-making;</li> <li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></p> <ul> <li>6+ years of experience in sales operations, business operations, revenue operations, or a related field, with a track record of driving process improvements in complex or high-growth environments;</li> <li>Proficiency in CRM workflow auditing and friction or bottleneck identification;</li> <li>Experience in HubSpot or SFDC is highly desirable;</li> <li>Ability to identify operational risks, design process measurement frameworks, and model workflow and workforce efficiency;</li> <li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, operations, or a related field;</li> <li>Basic understanding of revenue recognition standards (ASC 606) is a plus.</li> </ul> <p><em>At AppDirect, we believe that innovation thrives in an environment that houses diversity of excellence, experience and thought.
