We recognize the importance of creating a work environment that is both rewarding to our employees and supportive of our unwavering commitment to provide unparalleled service to our clients.</p> <br><br><b>Purpose</b><br><br><p style="margin: 0px;">Work with Right of Way Agents/Customer Outreach Specialists, Project and Senior Project Managers and other leadership to manage daily workflow of ROW projects to ensure project deadlines are achieved.</p> <br><br><b>Responsibilities</b><br><br><p style="margin: 0px;"><strong>Leadership and Direction</strong></p><ul><li>Receive broad guidance relating to overall key objectives, critical issues, new concepts, and policy matters and general parameters for execution. Receive direction as needed, and especially on highly complex assignments. Independently apply extensive and diversified knowledge of principles and practices in broad areas of assignments and related fields. Review work produced by staff for quality assurance.</li></ul><p style="margin: 0px;"><strong>At the Operational and Company Level</strong></p><ul><li>Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for project due diligence but also during construction activities for the projects.</li></ul><p style="margin: 0px;"><strong>Do the Work</strong></p><ul><li>Oversee the workflow on projects, including initial project kick-off and daily metrics, ensuring close coordination with internal teams.</li><li>Coordinate multiple projects; create and/or update project plans (monitor the acquisition processes, proactively communicate with project stakeholders).</li><li>Partake in project planning for ROW with senior leadership.</li><li>Work with senior leadership on business development opportunities.</li><li>Prepare project tracking reports, reconcile database, and ensure project schedules and budget are met.</li><li>Anticipate changes in project process and scope and proactively take responsibility in problem solving.</li></ul> <br><br><b>Success Metrics and Competencies</b><br><br><ul><li>Strong sense of urgency in responding to constituents.</li><li>Effective verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Strong work ethic and commitment to quality.</li><li>Self-reliance and ability to operate independently with limited direction.</li><li>Strong marketing/business development skills and mindset.</li><li>Commitment to promoting the reputation of the company through quality of work.</li><li>Commitment to becoming a "citizen" of the broader organization, breaking down barriers and silos.</li><li>Ability to effectively manage multiple time-sensitive tasks.</li><li>Basic understanding of financial reports and metrics.</li><li>Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization and external partners.</li><li>Highly motivated and problem-solving attitude.</li><li>Commitment to working in partnership with others inside and outside the organization.</li></ul> <br><br><b>Qualifications</b><br><br><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or related field required.</li><li>Five or more (5+) years of related experience (ideally in professional services and/or project management).</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).</li><li>Professional real estate license in applicable state or the ability to obtain one within 3 months (90 days) of hire is required. </li></ul> <br><br><b>About Bowman</b><br><br><p style="margin: 0px;">Are you ready to build a career that makes a lasting impact?
