We're looking for experienced Roofing Specialists to join our growing team. Become a part of a team that is focused on bringing better solutions, security, and peace of mind to homeowners across Florida.

This role is ideal for someone who can take initiative, manage their time, and have excellent attention to detail. We are looking for a rockstar communicator that will keep their book of business up to date, and their team members informed. The Roofing Specialist is a Jack of all Trades. You will split your efforts between inspections, sales, and project management. Incentives for inspections are provided, as well as commission on retail sales. If you are able to take ownership of your career and keep yourself on task, we want to hear from you.

Duties

  • Perform inspections of properties with detailed photos, measurements, and strong attention to detail.
  • Oversee job sites to ensure standards, practices, and safety guidelines are being followed.
  • Meet with clients to assess their needs and set expectations.
  • Manage a portfolio of company provided and self-generated leads using CRM database.
  • Follow the Baldwin Roofing sales process.
  • Writing estimates for our retail division using CRM.
  • All other duties assigned

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales or business development (roofing or construction experience a plus but not required)
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and must have a good driving record
  • Strong customer service, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable in an outdoor environment for extended periods of time
  • Flexible availability in the event of catastrophic weather
  • Ability to stand and walk for 4 hours straight or up to a full 8-hour day; sit for extended periods; kneel and bend at the waist; climb, balance, and stoop, crouch, or crawl; walk up and down stairs; walk on unlevel terrain; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Ability to climb a ladder up to 3 stories.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
