Sales and Brand Ambassador

Ambassador – We Are Nature

(Pousada Picinguaba & Fazenda Catuçaba)

About We Are Nature

At the heart of this role is We Are Nature’s mission and the living ecosystems of Pousada Picinguaba and Fazenda Catuçaba.

For over 25 years, these places have welcomed guests from around the world seeking something beyond standardized luxury — experiences rooted in nature, culture, and genuine human connection.

Between the sea and the mountains of the Atlantic Forest in Brazil, Picinguaba and Catuçaba offer two complementary worlds: an exceptionally preserved coastal village where life unfolds between forest and ocean, and a historic countryside estate shaped by land, art, and advanced regenerative practices.

Together, they form a singular hospitality ecosystem — intimate, values-driven, deeply connected to nature, and recognized globally.

“Hive is the new Hype”

We are not looking for employees. We are looking for alignment.

  • The way we work is changing.
  • More and more, people want to bring their full selves into what they do — not just skills, but energy, values, and truth.
  • When there is real alignment, work is no longer something we sell ourselves to.
  • It becomes something we give ourselves to.
  • To truly contribute, we need to believe in what we are part of — to feel connected to the place, the people, and the purpose.
  • To serve something meaningful, we must feel it is truly meaningful.
  • Yes, money matters. But it is not enough.
  • Life is too precious to invest our energy in something that doesn’t feel true.

That’s why we are not looking for traditional sales profiles.

We are looking for ambassadors.

  • People who resonate with what we are building.
  • Who bring both values and skills.
  • Who feel a genuine call to be part of it.
  • This is not a conventional job.
  • It’s an open space of creation.

Not cooperation — but co-laboration: a living process of experimenting, creating, and evolving together.

No rigid roles. No fixed outcomes. But a shared intention: to build something meaningful, together.

Like a living system — each with a role, all connected.

This path is not for everyone. There are no guarantees. No predefined track.

  • But for the right people, it offers something rare:
  • alignment
  • growth
  • real relationships
  • the experience of creating something that matters

If this resonates deeply, we would love to hear from you.
