Sales Assistant with Excellent Project Management skills (12 hrs per week)

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Assistant with strong project management skills to support our sales operations and help drive client success. This is a remote, part-time opportunity (10 hours per week), ideal for a highly organized individual who can balance administrative tasks with client communication and project coordination.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team with lead tracking, CRM updates, and follow-ups
  • Coordinate and manage small projects and sales campaigns from initiation to completion
  • Schedule and manage client meetings, calls, and deadlines
  • Prepare sales reports, presentations, and documentation
  • Liaise between clients and internal teams to ensure deliverables are on track
  • Identify areas for process improvement and support implementation
  • Maintain accurate, organized records and pipelines

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a sales assistant, project coordinator, or virtual assistant
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication (English required)
  • Proficient in tools like Google Workspace, Excel, Trello, Asana, or CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
  • Ability to self-manage and meet deadlines with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications:
