This role will partner closely with the Northeast Regional Sales Director to execute sales strategy, strengthen broker relationships, and drive pipeline development. The ideal candidate is relationship-driven, highly organized, and eager to grow within a consultative sales environment in the healthcare/TPA space.</div> <div>This is a high-impact role with direct exposure to regional leadership and opportunities to contribute to strategic growth initiatives.</div> <div> </div> <div><strong>Primary Responsibilities:</strong></div> <ul data-start="793" data-end="1697"> <li>Support the Northeast Regional Sales Director in executing strategies to achieve new business and revenue targets</li> <li>Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with benefit consultants, brokers, producers, and general agents across the region</li> <li>Identify and help cultivate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and broker engagement</li> <li>Partner with the Sales Director on broker meetings, follow-ups, and ongoing relationship management</li> <li>Collaborate with Sales Operations to manage prospect submissions in Salesforce and maintain accurate pipeline tracking</li> <li>Support the development of regional sales strategies, market insights, and territory planning efforts</li> <li> <div>Provide ongoing updates on pipeline activity, broker engagement, and regional performance</div> </li> <li> <div>Eligible for incentive compensation tied to monthly and annual sales performance aligned with the Northeast Regional Sales Director</div> </li> <li>Reports directly to the Northeast Regional Sales Director, with a dotted-line relationship to the Chief Growth Officer (CGO)</li> </ul> <div><strong>Qualifications:</strong></div> <ul data-start="2015" data-end="2629"> <li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience</li> <li>1–4+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development preferred</li> <li>Exposure to the health insurance, benefits, or third-party administration (TPA) space is a plus</li> <li>Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with interest in developing a consultative sales approach</li> <li>Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)</li> <li> <div>Self-starter with a strong work ethic, high integrity, and motivation to grow within a sales career path</div> </li> <li> <div>Travel requirement of approximately 25–50% within the Northeast region</div> </li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications.
