ideal candidate is a proactive sales professional with strong business development experience, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to create compelling proposals and presentations that drive customer engagement and long-term partnerships.</p> <h1>Core Responsibilities</h1> <ul> <li> <p>Identify, prospect, and develop new revenue opportunities within the Critical Power/UPS market.</p> </li> <li> <p>Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers, industry partners, and key stakeholders.</p> </li> <li> <p>Lead the sales process from initial outreach through proposal development, negotiation, and contract execution.</p> </li> <li> <p>Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop pricing strategies, service solutions, and customer-specific management experience, preferably within Critical Power, UPS, electrical infrastructure, telecom, HVAC, generator services, or related technical industries.</p> </li> <li> <p>Proven track record of generating new business, growing revenue, and closing complex sales opportunities.</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience developing and presenting customer proposals, RFP responses, quotations, and sales presentations.</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong ability to communicate company value propositions clearly and effectively through written, verbal, and presentation-based communication.</p> </li> <li> <p>Demonstrated success working within cross-functional and multi-division environments while partnering with executives, operations teams, finance, and technical subject matter experts.</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong negotiation skills with the ability to manage customer discussions through contract closure.</p> </li> <li> <p>Ability to interpret customer requirements and translate them into
