Your Role

At AlGooru, we're not just building a platform; we're building a future where personalized learning is accessible to everyone. As our 

Sales Intern

, you’ll be at the heart of the Sales tribe, driving impact by:

  • Exceeding sales targets through strategic closing techniques
  • Proactively engage with existing clients to understand their needs and concerns, develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage renewal, upselling or cross-selling opportunities
  • Ensure prompt and efficient collection of client installments and outstanding payments
  • Analyzing sales funnel dynamics to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement

A Day In Your Life:

  • Manage the full sales process management from end-to-end by being the first point of contact for the customer, all the way to closing the sale:
  • Reach and call parents and students in need of tutoring and explain how AlGooru and our service works
  • Detect and understand the needs of our future students, pair them with the ideal tutor, and organize trial sessions
  • Explore with customers to find their ideal (individualized) tutoring package in order to unfold their full potential
  • Drive client retention through proactive relationship-building and strategic account management initiatives
  • Own and achieve your monthly sales targets
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with new and existing customers
  • Conduct necessary follow-ups on outstanding payments
  • Decrease the average response rate to a user to make our responsiveness as fast as possible
  • Collect, enter, and report data in a timely and efficient manner
