Job Description:

Hours of working are:

  • Tuesday 10:00am - 6:30pm
  • Wednesday 7:00am - 3:30pm
  • Thursday - Friday 10:00am - 6:30pm
  • Saturday 12:00 - 8:30pm

We are currently seeking a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sales Support 2IC. In this role, you will assist the Sales Support Manager in leading and developing our team, which is responsible for managing all customer-critical processes at the ‘front of house’.

Your responsibilities will also extend to supporting back-of-house operations, ensuring that internal audit requirements are met and daily administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong focus on customer service and a passion for retail. Your contribution will be instrumental in providing a positive customer experience.
