Role Overview

The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and supporting Simpro’s Salesforce platform and connected systems. This role ensures Salesforce continues to drive efficiency, adoption, and scalability in a fast-paced, sales-driven SaaS environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and maintain Salesforce (fields, workflows, validation rules).

  • Provide user support, training, and troubleshooting.

  • Ensure data integrity and maintain system hygiene.

  • Build and manage reports and dashboards to support business needs.

  • Execute system changes through established intake processes.

  • Support testing and release cycles.

  • Maintain documentation of configurations and processes.

  • Assist with integrations and data management.

  • Monitor system performance and usage trends.

  • Leverage AI tools to streamline support and reporting.

Qualifications
  • 3-6+ years of Salesforce administration experience.

  • Background in SaaS, software, subscription-based, or high-growth sales environments.

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and security.

  • Experience in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests.

  • Familiarity with AI tools and automation capabilities.

  • Salesforce Administrator certification preferred.
