driving complex Salesforce implementation projects from discovery through go-live and adoption.</p> <p>This role is ideal for someone who combines strong project and program management skills with business analysis expertise, stakeholder engagement, and change management experience.</p> <p>You will own the end-to-end delivery process, ensuring projects remain on schedule, risks are proactively managed, users are prepared for change, and the organization achieves measurable business outcomes from its Salesforce investment.</p> <h3><strong>What You'll Do</strong></h3> <ul> <li> <p>Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce implementation projects, with a focus on Service Cloud and Field Service solutions.</p> </li> <li> <p>Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, and requirements-gathering activities with business stakeholders.</p> </li> <li> <p>Translate business requirements into actionable plans for technical and implementation teams.</p> </li> <li> <p>Create
