Salesforce / ZenDesk administrator (part-time, remote)

Summary

We are a Salesforce consultancy but have a client that uses ZenDesk extensively. this project would be exclusively ZenDesk (and project management in JIRA).

95 hours per month - or about 24 hrs per week. This is approximately 50% of full-time, and if the work goes well, can expand to full-time. We are also flexible as to if you work in the morning or afternoon, but it must be during US business hours. The initial work would be focused on cleaning up their current ZenDesk backlog of ticket. It would then be more ongoing maintenance and tickets in Salesforce. Initial contract is 3 mos, but we expect it to be ongoing after that.

Requirements

  • Must have a Salesforce certification or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

  • Manage and configure Salesforce and ZenDesk platforms to meet evolving business needs, ensuring optimal performance and user experience
  • Manage tickets in JIRA
  • Reply to user needs in Slack (responsiveness is important)
  • Very clear communication and organization

Pay: $45.00 per hour
