Scale Growth Partner Development Manager

US - Remote HubSpot’s Solutions Partner Program is growing and we’re looking for a Scale Growth Partner Development Manager (PDM) to help us take it to the next level.

This role is designed for someone who thrives in a high-volume, digital-first environment and loves building relationships at scale. You’ll help hundreds of HubSpot partners grow their businesses, co-sell with us, and deliver inbound excellence to their clients. As a Scale Growth PDM, You’ll

  • Manage a scaled book of business: This will be a combination of proactive outreach and reactive touch points. You will analyze partner performance data to identify when to proactively nurture, retain, and grow a portfolio of 400-500 HubSpot Partners using both one-to-one and one-to-many strategies.
  • Enable and develop partners: Coach partners in a 1-to-many capacity (ex: Small Group Consulting) on go-to-market strategies that expand their service offerings and accelerate tier progression (Gold and beyond). Act as liaison between the partners and the ecosystem resources, connecting the partners to opportunities to grow their businesses and partnership with HubSpot.
  • Drive partner sales: Support active pipeline and help partners influence deals, and grow HubSpot adoption.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align partner impact with HubSpot’s broader goals.
  • Build for scale: Design and optimize scalable playbooks, workflows, and engagement models that improve partner activation and growth efficiency.
  • Champion inclusion: Integrate Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging (DI&B) principles into every aspect of partner development and engagement.
We’re Looking For Someone Who
  • Has 2+ years in customer-facing roles, ideally within SaaS, partner management, or sales.
  • Has experience managing large books of business and balancing volume with impact.
  • Is strategic and data-driven, able to turn insights into actionable growth plans.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and can work autonomously.
  • Has exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Brings an entrepreneurial mindset, excited to help shape a new, scaled motion for partner growth.

Pay & Benefits The cash compensation below includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are tailored to your skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons. Annual Cash Compensation Range $118,460—$184,800 USD
