This role is responsible for developing and maintaining automated test frameworks and ensuring software quality across platforms, while collaborating closely with development and cross-functional teams.</p><p></p><p>This role will:</p><ul><li>Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to validate software functionality and performance across a variety of platforms</li><li>Collaborate with software developers to identify and resolve defects and issues</li><li>Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, implementation, and testing</li><li>Review and analyze system specifications and documentation to ensure testability and alignment with business requirements</li><li>Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results</li><li>Identify, record, and track bugs and defects in the software</li><li>Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved</li><li>Create and maintain test documentation and test reports</li><li>Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs</li><li>Liaise with internal teams to identify system requirements</li><li>Stay up to date with new testing tools and best practices</li><li>Coordinate with geographically distributed teams</li><li>Participate in other projects or duties as assigned</li></ul><p></p><p>We are interested in speaking with individuals with the following…</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field required</li><li>Three (3) plus years of experience</li><li>Proven work experience as a Software Development Engineer in Test or similar role</li><li>Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JUnit, Cucumber, BDD)</li><li>Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes</li><li>Experience with mobile, API, and database testing is a plus</li><li>Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus</li><li>Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience</li><li>Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes</li><li>Strong knowledge of software development and testing methodologies</li><li>Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python, JavaScript)</li><li>Familiarity with agile frameworks and regression testing</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail</li><li>Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment</li><li>Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines</li></ul><p></p><p>Salary: $81,000-$110,000</p><p></p><p><span><span>Modivcare’s positions are posted and open for applications for a minimum of 5 days.
