SENIOR ADMINISTRATOR - ASSESSMENT

Salary Schedule<br><br>To support OCPS teachers, coaches and administrators through professional development and support that builds capacity in assessment literacy, assessment administration, test-development best practices and the proper and effective use of data to increase student achievement.<br><br><strong>QUALIFICATIONS <br><br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution; Master’s degree preferred.</li><li>Three (3) years of teacher-leadership, administrative or management experience including work in test development, administration and/or the analysis of assessment results.</li><li>Experience leading large groups of educators in professional development sessions.</li><li>Experience in the management of large and complex projects including working with others in a collaborative manner to establish goals and objectives, develop action plans, conduct data analysis, meet critical deadlines and share results preferred.</li><li>Experience developing professional development; interactive online courses and/or videos for teachers, school administrators and district leaders preferred.<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES<br><br></strong>Demonstrated knowledge of assessment creation, test administration, psychometric analysis, and reporting strategies. Demonstrated skill in creating high-quality educational assessments. Demonstrated ability to interpret and effectively present assessment results to groups such as administrators, teachers, support staff, parents and/or members of the community. Demonstrated skill in managing projects, including the development of project plans, implementing organizational systems, and using tracking tools. Demonstrated success in establishing professional goals and objectives aligned with district goals. Demonstrated ability in leading others in creating interactive and engaging professional development in multiple formats. Demonstrated skill in the use of assessment applications (e.g., Performance Matters). Some knowledge of statistical analysis software (e.g., SPSS) is preferred. Demonstrated ability to work and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to present information about projects to large groups of people in a variety of roles. Demonstrated ability to adapt to changes in priorities and work assignments. Demonstrated experience working with stakeholders to create interactive online and in-person learning experiences. Demonstrated knowledge of creating attendance tracking systems for all course types.
