POSITION OVERVIEW
The Associate, Home Creative Presentation supports the Senior Director and broader creative presentation team in the planning, coordination, and execution of Home brand initiatives. This role plays a hands-on part in bringing creative concepts to life across showrooms, retail environments, and marketing moments by supporting visual development, digital renderings, and project execution. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, is highly organized, and is eager to build experience using digital and AI-based visualization tools. This role collaborates closely with cross‑functional partners to ensure creative work is executed with consistency, quality, and alignment to Ralph Lauren's brand standards
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Creative Execution & Support Support the development and execution of seasonal and regional creative directives for Home showrooms, retail environments, and key marketing moments. Assist in preparing and organizing global store presentation guidelines to help ensure alignment with Ralph Lauren brand standards. Support follow-through on creative directives by helping track actions, timelines, and communications across partners. Assist with vendor coordination and production logistics for Home activations, installations, and special events. Create visual concepts, mockups, and renderings in support of directive development and internal presentations. Digital & Visualization Support Produce floor plans and layouts using AutoCAD to support Home projects, including global store directives, special events, and presentations. Refine layouts, furniture plans, and design concepts using AI-based rendering and 3D visualization tools to support concept development. Generate digital mockups for store environments, showrooms, and photoshoots to support approvals and cross-functional alignment. Help maintain organized digital libraries of visual assets, renderings, and templates for use across Home projects. Project Coordination & Execution Support project coordination efforts by assisting with timelines, scheduling, and status tracking for showroom resets, store updates, and installations. Liaise with external vendors and internal visual teams to support quality execution and on-time delivery. Provide hands-on support during installations, photoshoots, and key brand moments, including Salone del Mobile and regional activations. Collaboration & Communication Partner closely with senior team members to support concept development and track progress across creative initiatives. Prepare materials and updates for internal reviews and presentations, ensuring information is clear and accurate. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure creative work reflects brand standards and supports business needs.
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Visual Merchandising, or a related field. Experience in retail design, creative presentation, visual merchandising, or a related creative environment. Demonstrated aesthetic sensibility with an appreciation for luxury brands and visual storytelling. Working knowledge of rendering and visualization tools, including AI-assisted design platforms (e.g., Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, D5 Render, Twinmotion) and core design software (Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, SketchUp, InDesign). Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with guidance in a fast-paced environment. Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
