Join us and experience a flexible, supportive environment where your well-being is prioritized and your potential can thrive.</p><p style="text-align:left"><br><b><span class="emphasis">The Role</span></b></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Deliver end‑to‑end administration of employee benefits programs (e.g. medical, life, retirement, wellness, leave‑related benefits) in accordance with local policies and regulations</li><li>Process employee benefits events including enrollments, changes, and terminations in HR systems (e.g. Workday or equivalent)</li><li>Maintain accurate and complete benefits records across HR systems and required local documentation</li><li>Act as a subject‑matter resource for benefits processes, ensuring consistency and policy adherence across cases</li></ul><ul><li>Respond to employee and manager inquiries related to benefits, providing clear guidance on eligibility, coverage, and processes</li><li>Support HR Business Partners and HR Services colleagues with benefits‑related escalations and complex cases</li><li>Partner with Payroll to ensure correct benefits deductions and compliance with statutory requirements</li><li>Provide high‑quality customer service in line with HR Services SLAs and experience standards</li><li>Coordinate with external benefits providers and brokers to resolve operational issues and support program changes</li><li>Support benefits audits and compliance reviews by providing accurate data and documentation</li><li>Ensure benefits administration complies with local labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal HR policies</li><li>Escalating risks or compliance concerns proactively and support remediation actions</li><li>Identify opportunities for process standardization, simplification, and automation within benefits delivery</li><li>Participate in HR transformation initiatives such as benefits system implementations, country transitions, or process redesign</li><li>Support documentation of SOPs, process maps, and service catalogues for benefits services</li><li>Contribute to continuous improvement of mindset within HR Services</li></ul><ul><li>Manage physical and digital benefits‑related documentation where required</li><li>Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and GDPR compliance in handling employee information</li><li>Support ad‑hoc reporting requests and operational metrics related to benefits delivery</li><li>Supports assigned country or multi‑country portfolio depending on organizational setup</li></ul><p style="text-align:left"><br><b><span class="emphasis">Who You Are</span></b></p><p><b>Required Qualifications & Experience</b></p><p></p><ul><li>1-3 years of experience in HR operations, benefits administration, or shared services environment</li><li>Practical knowledge of employee benefits programs and HR compliance requirements</li><li>1-3 years of experience working with HR systems (e.g. Workday) and service management tools</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel, Word, Outlook) for documentation, tracking, and reporting</li><li>Fluent Czech (mandatory)</li><li>Good working knowledge of English (written and spoken)</li><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Core Competencies</b></p><ul><li>Benefits administration and operational HR knowledge</li><li>Customer‑centric mindset with strong problem‑solving skills</li><li>Ability to interpret policies and apply them consistently</li><li>Strong communication skills (written and verbal)</li><li>Collaboration and stakeholder management across functions</li><li>Continuous improvement and change‑positive mindset</li><li>High standards of confidentiality and data accuracy</li></ul><p style="text-align:left"><br><b><span class="emphasis">Being You</span></b></p><p>The “Kyn” in Kyndryl means kinship, which represents the strong bonds we have with each other, our customers and our communities.
