We are seeking a Senior Backend Software Engineer to join the Sales Management Platform team for a high‑impact project with a leading automotive company headquartered in Fremont, California.

The Senior Backend Developer will work on a mission‑critical, in‑house CRM platform that supports global sales operations and covers the full sales lifecycle, directly impacting revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Important Considerations

  • Interest in relocating and living in the United States
  • On‑site position in Fremont, California (TN Visa sponsorship provided)
  • Must have Mexican nationality
  • Valid Mexican passport required
  • Bachelor’s degree and professional license (cédula profesional)

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience building backend systems in production environments
  • Strong expertise in microservices architecture and distributed systems
  • Experience working with real‑time data pipelines and event‑driven systems
  • Proficiency in Golang and Python
  • Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL
  • Experience with large‑scale data systems such as ClickHouse
  • Hands‑on experience with OpenSearch or similar search technologies
  • Experience with message brokers such as Kafka and RabbitMQ
  • Strong understanding of scalable system design and high‑throughput architectures
  • Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written) is required
