Our client is a leading multi-national lottery operator with a market-leading presence in Austria, the Czech Republic, Greece, Cyprus, and Italy. They build better lotteries that return more to good causes by focusing on innovation, technology,efficiency, and safety across a growing casual gaming entertainment portfolio. The client’s purpose is to make play better for all and their mission is to be a trusted and proactive guardian of all that is good in lotteries and casual gaming entertainment.</p><p>As a Senior Business analyst/ Product owner will drive strategic business initiatives by analyzing complex business processes, eliciting requirements, and translating them into actionable solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate change, optimize processes, and ensure our business solutions meet both operational and strategic goals.<br><strong><em><br>This is you</em></strong></p><ul><li><p>5+ years of experience on BA/Product related positions</p></li><li><p>Proficient user of BPM</p></li><li><p>Experience in the Betting Industry</p></li><li><p>Solid understanding of the overall system architectural design and system dependencies (between different services/modules)</p></li><li><p>Ability to differentiate between front-end and back-end functionalities</p></li><li><p>Clear understanding of system integration through APIs — be able to draft a sequence diagram that outlines the process end-to-end and perform data mapping.</p></li><li><p>Experience in working on multiple and varied large-scale projects, delivering a variety of software applications</p></li><li><p>Successful practical experience in establishing and complying to the change management process</p></li><li><p>English ­- Upper-Intermediate or higher</p></li></ul><p>Nice-to-have skills:</p><ul><li><p>Experience in web and mobile applications</p></li><li><p>A degree in a CS or Computer Engineering discipline or equivalent</p></li></ul><p><strong><em>This is your role</em></strong></p><ul><li><p><span>Work with the stakeholders and product managers to analyze data and align product roadmap to strategic goals</span></p></li><li><p><span>Act as an ambassador for the product internally and externally, and as the primary technical contact for queries related to the product</span></p></li><li><p><span>Possess a fundamental understanding of end-to-end customer experience integration and dependencies</span></p></li><li><p><span>Work closely with key roles such as Tech Leads and Delivery Managers to ensure requirements clarity and technical excellence</span></p></li><li><p><span>Develop scope documents and define Epics/User Stories that guide our CLS Software Development teams</span></p></li><li><p><span>Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Define priorities for short-term delivery within sprints and also for longer-term delivery along with Product Managers and stakeholders</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ensure that dependencies, risks, and stakeholders’ expectations are identified and managed.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Develop appropriately detailed specifications for product features so that they are clearly understood by the development team</span></p></li><li><p><span>Develop and maintain an appropriately prioritized backlog of user stories for implementation</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ensure effective coordination, establish feedback loops, and enable overall orchestration among various teams, stakeholders, and customers</span></p></li><li><p><span>Run refinement sessions with the development teams in order to articulate delivery goals, provide details, and refine stories</span></p></li><li><p><span>Run iteration reviews or demo sessions with the help of QA engineers in order to present the iteration deliverables to stakeholders and receive feedback</span></p></li></ul><p><em><br>At Avenga, everyone matters.
