The position will support the Drug Product Division (DPD). The Drug Product Division - North America (DPD-NA) is one of the five divisions that make up the Pharma Services Group. We are made up of approximately 4400 colleagues across six sites who specialize in taking sterile injectable and oral solid dose drug products from development to commercialization.<br/><br/><strong><b>A Day in the Life:</b></strong><br/><ul><li>In this role, you'll develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies, analyze market trends, and position our solutions to meet customer needs.</li><li>You'll manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract negotiation, while maintaining detailed records in our CRM system.</li><li>Success in this position requires a consultative sales approach, strong presentation skills, and the ability to articulate complex technical solutions to diverse audiences.</li></ul><strong><b>Keys to Success: </b></strong><br/><strong><b>Education</b></strong><br/><ul><li>BS degree required. Preferred Fields of Study: Life Sciences, Chemistry, Business, or related field</li><li>Masters degree highly preferred.</li><li>Professional business or sales training certifications valued</li></ul><strong><b>Experience</b></strong><br/><ul><li>6-8 years of <b>B2B sales experience in life sciences, pharmaceutical, or related industries required</b> with a BS degree, and 5 years will be excepted with a master's or higher degree.</li><li>Experience in complex deal structuring and strategic account management.</li><li><b>CDMO experience highly preferred.</b></li><li>Experience working in a matrix organization and collaborating across functions.</li></ul><strong><b>Knowledge, Skills, Abilities</b></strong><br/><ul><li>Demonstrated achievement of sales targets and development of new business opportunities</li><li><b>Strong understanding of CDMO/CRO services and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes</b></li><li>Excellent presentation and negotiation skills with ability to engage executive leadership</li><li>Proficiency with CRM systems (especially Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite</li><li>Strong analytical and financial acumen to assess market opportunities</li><li>Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities</li><li><b>Ability to travel up to 50% for customer meetings and industry events</b></li><li>Strong time management and organizational skills</li><li>Adaptability in a responsive, evolving environment</li><li>Additional language skills beneficial for international territories</li></ul><br/><b>Benefits</b><br/><br/>We offer competitive remuneration, sales incentive plan, healthcare, and a range of employee benefits!
