This role connects CRM, financial, operational, and clinical data into actionable insights that drive growth.</p> <p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing and executive leadership to define and execute data-driven research and analytics strategies that directly contribute to new revenue growth and market expansion. </li> <li>Translate performance and sales metrics, investigations, and findings into tangible insights for delivering compelling proposals, optimizing growth. Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to consistently monitor progress, identifying areas for intervention for maximizing business impact.</li> <li>Proactively investigate and communicate emerging trends in existing partnerships, identifying root causes of performance fluctuations and recommending strategic follow-up actions to capitalize on opportunities, mitigate risks, and inform executive decision-making.</li> <li>Own the quarterly partner metrics database, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness. Using Power BI, develop and integrate key performance metrics into partner review presentations. Create and prepare analytical data packages to support partner expansion opportunities and executive-level strategic presentations.</li> <li>Seamlessly integrate data across disparate systems and applications to deliver unified analytics and reporting, revealing actionable insights and trends that inform strategic decision-making. </li> <li>Serve as the subject matter expert for business intelligence by region, system and account, and content delivery through Power BI dashboards, and other streamlined reporting systems, then collaborate with marketing and product teams on findings.</li> <li>Leverage external data platforms and APIs to acquire, cleanse, and structure massive datasets for analytical and modeling initiatives.
