They are responsible for providing efficient and prompt onsite or in the field investigation, evaluation, negotiation and settlement of moderate and complex commercial property claims.</p><p></p><p>Our Field Claims Adjusters are open-minded, understanding, and passionate about maintaining strong relationships with our clients and delivering excellent customer service.</p><p></p><p><b><u>We want your talent! </u></b></p><p></p><p><b>If you are great at:</b></p><ul><li><p>Completing on site and/or virtual inspections of commercial claims</p></li><li><p>Capturing the scope of damages and writing repair estimates to settle claims</p></li><li><p>Reconciling vendor estimates to ensure price and scope is appropriate</p></li><li><p>Reviewing, policies and technical reports</p></li><li><p>Making decisions on coverage, and negotiating settlements of claims</p></li><li><p>Effectively managing a busy day to day schedule</p></li><li><p>Providing a great customer experience</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>And you have:</b></p><ul><li><p>Completed a post-secondary program</p></li><li><p>Minimum 3 years of commercial property adjusting experience, with some experience in the field</p></li><li><p>A valid driver’s license and an excellent driving record</p></li><li><p>Experience with Xactimate and Encircle is an asset </p></li><li><p>Ability to work after hours and weekends during the scheduled on call rotation</p></li><li><p>Availability to travel as needed</p></li><li><p>A team-first mentality</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>We really mean it when we say we put you first. The base salary range for this role is $75,000 - $113,000. The actual base salary may vary depending on your experience, skills, and alignment with the position.
