They are responsible for providing efficient and prompt onsite or in the field investigation, evaluation, negotiation and settlement of moderate and complex commercial property claims.Our Field Claims Adjusters are open-minded, understanding, and passionate about maintaining strong relationships with our clients and delivering excellent customer service.We want your talent! If you are great at:<ul><li>Completing on site and/or virtual inspections of commercial claims</li><li>Capturing the scope of damages and writing repair estimates to settle claims</li><li>Reconciling vendor estimates to ensure price and scope is appropriate</li><li>Reviewing, policies and technical reports</li><li>Making decisions on coverage, and negotiating settlements of claims</li><li>Effectively managing a busy day to day schedule</li><li>Providing a great customer experience</li></ul>And you have:<ul><li>Completed a post-secondary program</li><li>Minimum 3 years of commercial property adjusting experience, with some experience in the field</li><li>A valid driver’s license and an excellent driving record</li><li>Experience with Xactimate and Encircle is an asset </li><li>Ability to work after hours and weekends during the scheduled on call rotation</li><li>Availability to travel as needed</li><li>A team-first mentality</li></ul>We really mean it when we say we put you first.
