You will respond promptly to inquiries from clients and internal teams, provide guidance on reporting  guidelines and procedures, and overall provide support to the TPA Services team.  </p><p></p><p><b>Our future colleague.</b><br>We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:</p><ul><li>2–3 years’ related experience supporting claims or insurance operations; comfortable working in a fast‑paced role with many different tasks.</li><li>Experience setting up and maintaining claim files (PL/HPL) and familiarity with credentialing, loss runs, NPDB and MMSEA compliance reporting.</li><li>Ability to review and adjust defense counsel invoices for adherence to litigation guidelines and billing standards.</li><li>Proven collaborator who partners with claims examiners—provides day‑to‑day operational support, shares timely updates, and helps move files toward resolution.</li><li>Flexible and resilient: able to navigate the ebb and flow of workload, stay focused during high‑volume periods, and “roll up your sleeves” to get work done.</li></ul><p></p><p>These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:</p><ul><li>BA/BS degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field</li><li>Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office Suite</li></ul><p></p><p>We know there are excellent candidates who might not check all of these boxes. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
