In this role, you will be responsible for full-cycle KYC/KYB procedures, regulatory compliance, and managing the onboarding processes for PSPs, banks, and B2B counterparties within high-risk sectors.</p><p><br><br><strong>In this role, you will:</strong></p><p></p><ul><li><p><strong>Onboarding:</strong> Connect financial instruments (EMIs, banks) and various counterparties (private entrepreneurs, marketing agencies, affiliates).</p></li><li><p><strong>KYC/AML Procedures:</strong> Execute the full verification cycle, conduct regular monitoring, and update AML policies (this role goes beyond basic form-filling).</p></li><li><p><strong>Documentation:</strong> Write, maintain, and continuously update internal workflow instructions and guidelines.</p></li><li><p><strong>Regulatory Affairs:</strong> Interact directly with internal banking partners and external regulators, ensuring the accurate submission of reporting forms across multiple jurisdictions.</p></li></ul><p><br><strong>Skills you’ll need to bring:</strong></p><p></p><ul><li><p><strong>High-Risk Experience:</strong> Proven background working with payment systems or crypto exchanges. Experience in the <strong>iGaming</strong> sector is highly desired.</p></li><li><p><strong>Active Certification:</strong> A valid professional AML/CFT or KYC Officer certification is required (e.g., CySEC, ACAMS/CAMS, or ICA).</p></li><li><p><strong>Regulatory Expertise:</strong> Deep understanding of KYC/AML procedures, FATF requirements, European directives (AMLD), and sanctions lists (OFAC, EU, UN, HMT).
