<p>Senior Data Analyst - 2369558</p><p>EMPLOYER:    United Healthcare Services, Inc</p><p>JOB TITLE:    Senior Data Analyst</p><p>LOCATION:    1 Optum Circle, Eden Prairie, MN 55344 (Telecommuting available from anywhere in the U.S.)</p><p>DUTIES:    Manage and manipulate data to build business intelligence tools, conduct analysis to recognize trends, create specifications to bring data into a common structure; create product specifications and models; develop data solutions to support analyses, perform analysis, interpret results, develop actionable insights and present recommendations for use across the company; partner with stakeholders to understand data requirements and develop tools and models such as segmentation, dashboards, data visualizations, decision aids and business case analysis to support the organization; produce and manage the delivery of activity and value analytics to external stakeholders and clients; use business intelligence, data visualization, query, analytic and statistical software to build solutions, perform analysis and interpret data; create and update automated dashboards containing key operational metrics and lead a process to provide meaningful insights on a recurring basis to varying appeals leadership personnel; perform ad-hoc analyses on healthcare data, financial objectives, automation and cost-benefit initiatives, and operational staffing impacts; front end visualization of existing reports and manual dashboards performing QA and UAT of health risk data; provide operational or subject matter expertise to train others on program or process components; conduct oversight and monitoring of HRA program CMS compliance standards; responsible to maintain all requirements for the annual data validation audit response file; maintain data integrity in the HRA DataMart ensuring all CMS and Stars performance measure are optimized.
