The Senior Director will play a critical role in our success.</span></p><p dir="ltr"><span style="color: rgb(38, 38, 38);">Reporting to the VP, Patient Care, you will own the multi-year digital transformation roadmap and lead high-impact strategic initiatives. You will be crucial in developing and providing the strategy across multiple teams to ensure Carrum scales through technology rather than linear headcount growth. You’ll be responsible for setting the direction for digital innovation, managing senior project leads, and ensuring the successful adoption of AI across the org.
