About the role

 

We are looking for a high‑impact Senior Enterprise Solution Architect to play a pivotal role in Ensono’s continued growth and success.

 

Working closely with our New Client Engagement Directors, Consulting Leaders, and Sales teams, you will support the shaping  and securing of strategic, enterprise‑scale technology transformation engagements. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, technology architecture, and complex deal shaping, supporting our largest and most strategic opportunities.

 

You will work with our clients’ senior business and IT stakeholders to shape enterprise transformation propositions, ensuring alignment to business objectives, operating models, and long‑term value creation.

 

Success in this role comes from building trusted relationships, influencing senior decision‑makers, and helping close complex, high‑value transformation programmes within multi‑stakeholder environments.

What you’ll be doing

 

  • Engage with clients to understand business strategy, operating models, capabilities, and value drivers.
  • Gain clients' confidence as a trusted advisor by offering consultation and recommendations drawn from insights, technology know-how and past experiences
  • Lead strategic pursuits as the Enterprise Solution Architect covering full scope of services and solutions
  • Create win-win solutions for both client and Ensono as part of the deal qualification, pursuit, and execution process
  • Lead and shape bids, RFIs, RFPs, and strategic proposals, bringing enterprise‑level architectural insight and credibility
  • Partner with sales, consulting, engineering and delivery to define and execute pursuit, solution, sales and delivery strategies for enterprise clients
  • Develop and document solutions that meet client's (technical and business) requirements and allow them to adapt to changing industry needs with a focus on transformation efforts
  • Present technical solutions and business cases to a wide variety of internal and external audience
  • Drive  stability and innovation within the client's current and future state and create solutions based on client requirements and Ensono’s service portfolio
  • Help build the commercial construct and pricing for large infrastructure managed services, cloud transformation and applications modernisation deals
  • Work with Finance, Sales, Product, Operations, Legal, and other internal stakeholders to deliver client proposals, commercial constructs, and contract materials
  • Lead and support client negotiations, ensuring T&Cs alignment and solution risk mitigation
  • Advise Ensono senior leadership on  technical, commercial and competitive considerations to support decision making at deal review checkpoints.
  • Represent Ensono at external industry conferences and events, strengthening market presence, thought leadership and client credibility.  

 

What you’ll bring to Ensono

 

  • Significant experience working as an Enterprise Solution Architect, Lead Architect, or equivalent senior solutioning role
  • Proven ability to align technology strategy with business outcomes, transformation goals, and operating models
  • Experience designing and governing solutions across:
  • Cloud, infrastructure, datacentre and hybrid platforms
  • Applications, data, and integration
  • Security, risk, compliance, and non‑functional requirements
