We are looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to serve as a "player-coach", someone who can architect our full-funnel demand engine and roll up their sleeves to bring it to life.</p> <p>At Authentic8, you'll have the autonomy to design and execute a growth strategy for a leading B2B cybersecurity SaaS company. You will market to a highly technical and discerning audience of security professionals, using data and experimentation to drive everything from top-of-funnel acquisition to customer upsell and advocacy. If you are a performance-driven marketer who wants to make a definitive impact, this role is for you.</p> <p></p> <p></p><p><br></p><b>What You'll Do:</b><ul> <li>Build a smarter, faster demand engine, architecting and executing a full-funnel strategy to drive sustainable growth.</li> <li>Own and optimize the entire customer lifecycle, from initial awareness and acquisition to customer activation, retention, and expansion.</li> <li>Design and execute persona-based and use-case-based campaigns that speak directly to the unique needs of prospective customers.</li> <li>Develop and manage targeted marketing campaigns for our existing customer base to increase product adoption, drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and cultivate brand advocates.</li> <li>Leverage AI to enhance every stage of the funnel, from improving segmentation and targeting, to accelerating campaign production and testing, to optimizing lead nurture and reporting.</li> <li>Build and manage a sophisticated email marketing engine for both prospects and customers, including AI-powered nurture programs and campaigns that drive revenue.</li> <li>Champion a culture of continuous, data-driven improvement by constantly analyzing campaign performance, user behavior, and cohort data to identify optimization opportunities across the entire lifecycle.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Content Marketing, Product Management, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience and tight alignment on growth initiatives.</li> </ul> <div><br><br></div><p><br></p><b>What We're Looking For:</b><ul> <li>A "player-coach" mindset. You are equally comfortable setting the high-level growth strategy and rolling up your sleeves to execute campaigns, analyze data in GA4, and build reports in Salesforce.</li> <li>5+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing, preferably within the cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS industry.</li> <li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field</li> <li>A genuinely AI-first marketer. You are deeply performance-oriented and have hands-on experience using AI tools to fundamentally improve segmentation, targeting, campaign production (copy, graphics, etc.), testing, lead nurture, reporting, and funnel optimization.</li> <li>Experience marketing to technical audiences like CTI, SOC, and OSINT professionals. You understand how to craft compelling messages that resonate with their specific needs and pain points.</li> <li>A proven track record of building and scaling successful full-funnel marketing programs that have demonstrably impacted not only lead generation but also customer retention and expansion (LTV).</li> <li>Deep, hands-on expertise with the modern B2B marketing tech stack, including LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Reddit Ads Manager, GA4, Salesforce, Semrush, and Marketo (or a similar marketing automation platform).</li> <li>A relentless "test-and-learn" mindset and a high degree of comfort operating in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.</li> <li>A highly analytical and data-driven approach.
