You will have a real opportunity to be a part of driving over $50B in annual revenue and make our stores a destination that our customers love.</p><p></p><p><b>What will you do: </b></p><p>The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading complex, high-visibility projects from initiation through execution and delivery within the POS and Payments team. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams, executives, and Business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The Senior Project Manager also plays a key role in driving process improvement, mentoring project team members, and advancing project management maturity across the organization. You will collaborate closely across delivery, product and engineering functions, working alongside Scrum and Kanban teams and integrating into their established flow of work to support planning, prioritization, execution, and cross-team coordination.</p><p>You will be accountable for delivering value to the business and stakeholders. Understanding the TJX Solution Delivery Process (SDP) while adhering to compliance guidelines is key.</p><p>The following are examples of typical Senior Project Manager activities:</p><ul><li>Manage Business expectations for project engagement, time commitments, and delivery timeline</li><li>Ensure timely and accurate communication with leadership and key stakeholders</li><li>Proven capability in building, managing, and maintaining project plans and schedules</li><li>Facilitate Steering Committee meetings and reports project status to Senior Leadership</li><li>Demonstrate a growth mindset and actively seek opportunities to drive efficiency across the Project Management function</li><li>Support the teams and remove impediments and track dependencies</li><li>Creation and management of risk and issue log.
