<h2><strong>About the Client</strong></h2><p>We’re helping an Australian mortgage brokerage find a <strong>Senior Loan Processing & Credit Specialist</strong> to take ownership of the end-to-end mortgage and lending process within a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment.</p><p>The company works closely with first-home buyers, property investors, and refinancing clients, providing tailored lending solutions across a broad lender network. Their approach emphasizes strong communication, operational efficiency, and proactive deal management from application through settlement.</p><p>This role will act as the operational backbone between incoming deals, lenders, brokers, clients, and internal support staff.</p><h3><strong>The Role</strong></h3><p>This is a senior operational and credit-focused role responsible for:</p><ul><li>Evaluating lending scenarios</li><li>Managing lender relationships</li><li>Driving applications through the pipeline</li><li>Ensuring no opportunities or client matters lose momentum</li></ul><p>This is <strong>not an administrative support role</strong>.
