enablement capabilities, including reusable APIs, orchestration patterns, evaluation systems, and production guardrails. </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span>Coach and support a highly senior engineering team, including Lead and Principal AI Engineers, while building a culture of accountability, technical excellence, and continuous learning. </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span>Define the strategy, roadmap, and performance expectations for the AI Enablement Platform in alignment with broader engineering and business priorities. </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span>Treat the platform as a product by prioritizing usability, adoption, documentation, and developer experience for internal engineering teams. </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span>Oversee the delivery of reusable platform capabilities that help teams build AI-powered features with greater speed, consistency, and operational quality. </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span>Drive adoption across the engineering organization by identifying friction points, improving the internal developer experience, and ensuring the platform becomes the preferred path for AI
